Our Company History
Just Maintenance Services was located in Greenslopes for many years, however we’ve recently moved to Cleveland.
The business has held a QBCC Low Rise Builders Licence since 2004. David Moore also holds active Builder Medium Rise, Builder Open, and Builder Project Management Services Site Supervisors Licences.
Our History
David Moore started this family-owned business in 1992 with a strong focus on delivering quality customer service and building client relationships. This remains true today as the business has expanded to employ tradespeople, trade apprentices, skills labour, office staff, and a collaborative management team. After more than 30 years in business, Just Maintenance is still a family run business.
